Ⅰ .Application range and Advantage

Soundless Cracking Agent is a new type, environmental and convenient construction material that can crack rock and concrete without exploding. Apply to exploitation of and cut various rocks, as well as make the concrete building removed and break up.

Technique of Soundless Cracking is a new technique that developed those years to crack rock and concrete without exploding (or cut). There are its advantages: Use simply (Infuse into drilling holes after mixing with water); Safety (Without the damage of vibration, air shock wave, fly rock, noise, gas and dust; non-danger); Crack or not at your pleasure.

Colloquial expression: Mixing power like cement with water, infuse into drilling hole in the rock or concrete. After a time, there will be crack and cranny in rock or concrete.

Ⅱ . Advantage and specialty of our product:

Ⅲ . Direction

1•  Preparation

Cracking agent, drill, clean water(without impurity and oil), <Experience and Technique for using “ SHENLI ” Soundless Cracking Agent >, container, stick, protective glasses and rubber glo ve etc.

2•  Designing hole patterns

Select parameter from the table above, considering the structure, character and grain of rock or the structure and distributing steel bar of concrete.

Note: (1) H is height or width of the material to be cracked, is not suitable to more than 1.5m .

(2) Dosage/m of cracking agent is mostly 1.5kg -2kg when hole spacing is 38mm .

(3) Hole spacing take the minimum when temperature is below 10 ℃ .

3•  Drilling

4•  Mixing mortar

Pour water and cracking agent into the container, mix with stick uniformly to get liquid mortar. (Mix the mortar like stiff porridge in low temperature or fast cracking or dilute mortar in high temperature. The weight proportion between water and cracking agent is 22%-32 %. Fox example, 5kg cracking agent mix with 1.2 -1.7kg water.)

5•  Filling mortar

Clean out water and impurity in the drilling hole, and then fill the mixed mortar into hole close and continuously. Pug with stick thickly till full. Need not to cover.

Ⅳ . Notice

1•  Soundless cracking agent affected by the temperature and free surface.

2•  Because of various situation of temperature, material cracked, free surface and tool, test more to get the plan and parameter suitable for your project. Pay more attention when first use.

3•  Cracking agent is alkalescent, nontoxic, incombustible, and slightly caustic to skin after mixing with water. Operator must wear protective glasses and rubber glove

4•  Do not stare at hole opening when fill the mortar until crack initiation , to avoid the harm to your eyes by the occasional blowout shot. In case of put into your eyes, wipe them out immediately with handkerchief or tissue, then wash with large amounts of cold and clean water. Consult doctor quickly if necessary.

5•  Act fast enough from adding water to filling mortar into hole, act fast, to ensure filling mortar before mortar become heat. If find the mortar heat rapidly, throw it away.

6•  Cover the holes with straw mat or cardboard when the hole diameter is more than 50mm , in summer or raining day.

7•  Use with <Experience and Technique for using “ SHENLI ” Soundless Cracking Agent >, contact with us if miss the ideal performance.

8•  This product should be moistureproof strictly, and use quickly after unsealed. It will be inefficient even no effective if affected with damp.
